Good condition. Has d rings for strap (Does not come with one though). Lock closure is secure. Does not come with key. Push one of the buttons on the side to open. Does have some tarnishing on the mechanism. In very good condition, interior is clean. Zippered pocket and interior pocket have some wear and peeling/stickiness. Main compartment is clean with no odor or stickiness.
