Fair condition. Has color loss on the hardware but the buckle is in good condition and secure. Clean interior, no odor that I detect. Has some edge wear and peeling in the zipper coin pocket near the top (no stickiness). Has slots for cards, full size billfold pocket for cash and zip coin pocket.
